We photograph all ages from newborns to adults. Our suggested minimum age for the Santa Experience is 6 months, or whenever your baby is able to sit unassisted.

To ensure a magical experience for all the families that visit our studio for a Santa Experience, we hold appointments every hour on the hour. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to avoid rescheduling. There is a fee of $150 to reschedule appointments. 

Yes! Since our Santa Experience sells out each year, we know there are families who don't get in with us. If you try to register and see that all sessions are sold out, please call our studio at 941-457-2646 to be put on a wait list.

We are a custom portrait studio, open by appointment only. During our Santa Experience sessions, we are open from 9am - 6pm. You must have an appointment in order to visit the studio for a session.

We know an outing to a portrait studio with little ones can sometimes be daunting. That is why we aim to make our studio a hassle-free, smooth, and fun experience.
We provide ALL the accessories and props for your storybook session. When booking let us know if you will need pajamas from the studio - we do provide limited sizes.  For girls, make sure they have a pair of white sports shorts (spandex type) to wear under white nightgowns.
For teens and older, please be sure to call ahead or bring your own special Christmas pajamans. Since our specialty is children’s portraiture, our wardrobe can sometimes be limited in these sizes.

Our masterful Portrait Artists! Mentored by Judy Lynch, our mastermind of the Santa Experience concept, our team of thoughtful, energetic, storytelling and theatrical Elves, and our Portrait Artists will work with your children to create beautiful works of art.

A session usually lasts about 60 minutes per family. For the first 20-30 minutes, you and your child(ren) will enter Santa's living room where you'll enjoy a private visit with the Man in Red. You'll enjoy nine or ten set changes where the children will interact with Santa.  Immediately following your session, your children will visit our cookie room where they'll be supervised by our friendly Elves. Parents will visit our viewing theater where they will spend 30-40 minutes viewing and ordering their artwork. This is the only time images are available for viewing, so please make sure all decision makers are present for this experience.

We book one hour per family. Booking is easy by clicking here and checking out our availability.

We know sometimes things come up and you just can't make it in on your scheduled date and time. Just give us a call at 941-457-2646 and we will be happy to work with you.  We do need a week's notice if you need to reschedule and there is a fee of $150 to reschedule. If you need to cancel, your apointment fee (or reservation fee) is nonrefundable without at least one week's notice. Thank you for understanding that we reserve time for you in our day that cannot be filled at the last minute. 

Each Santa Experience is for ONE HOUSEHOLD. Many times, however, Grandparents love to have ALL of their grands in one portrait. (We understand - Judy has six of her own and gets them in a portrait together every year!)

The way to make this happen is to schedule cousins back to back. For example, one family would have an 11:00 appointment and the next would have a 12:00 appointment.  In between the two, we would photograph all of the kids together for one "cousin" portrait. 

This way, each family has a full appointment with Santa so that we can create a Storybook for each family of all of our custom sets, AND we can capture that gorgeous cousin portrait for the Grandparents!

Although the session is geared toward children, many times parents would love one image of the whole family with Santa. So, parents, please dress accordingly (red and green clothing or pajamas to match your children) and we are happy to make one family portrait that will be taken at the end of your session. If your child(ren) are very small, we sometimes need you to be in more than one pose for their comfort - so be camera ready!! 

Our helpful portrait consultants!  There will be lots of decisions to make - what type of Storybook Album do you love? What size wall portrait would you like to hang on your walls at home? Our portrait consultant is highly trained to walk you through each step of the decision making process. Don't worry - we won't let you down!
Keep in mind that 10% of our Masterpiece collections sales are donated to the American Cancer Society, along with 100% of our sitting fees.

Our session fee covers the following:

• A personalized letter mailed to your home a week before your visit.
• Your one-on-one private visit with Santa.
• Your child(ren)'s name included on the nice list.
• A nice list certificate to take home.
• Lot's of interaction with Santa while gorgeous images are created.
• A visit to our cookie room for milk and cookies with our friendly Elves.
• A stress-free ordering appointment for the parents.
• A special keepsake gift from Santa for your child(ren).

All prints and products are sold separately.

Although no purchase is necessary, most people fall in love with what we create and want to have these images as a keepsake to look back on forever...long after their children outgrow the magic of Santa.

Our portraits start at $250 and our albums begin at $1,500. Some families spend $500, while others spend $5,000. Most find that they can't spend less than $1,500 and still get everything they want.

We specialize in artwork, so we discourage purchasing digital images. However, we are happy to GIFT you with your digital images, with full artistry, when you purchase a Storybook Album and Wall Art for your home.

 Individual digital images include full artistry and are available for purchase for $700 each. 

Yes! We are a family business and offer in house financing and payment plans with no credit check or interest. Payment plans are a really great way to get exactly what you want. We have many families taking advantage of our payment plans for this holiday season for gifts for friends and family.

We pay our artists to begin artwork on your portraits with your down payment, so orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. 
Upon full payment, we process your artwork order, which can take 6 to 8 weeks to receive. 

Of course! We pack our portraits VERY carefully! We can ship them to you for standard FedEx shipping rates.
